Common Questions
Insurance:
We are in-network with PacificSource Commercial, Aetna, and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. For out-of-network services, we provide Good Faith Estimates and detailed statements for potential insurance reimbursement.
Payment:
Payment is due before your first appointment. We accept checks, credit cards, and offer online payment through our patient portal. We provide a Good Faith Estimate and final statement for insurance reimbursement.
Appointment Process:
Your appointment may include interviews, testing, and feedback discussion of results. Every evaluation will produce a detailed report. Testing involves cognitive and psychological tasks.
Confidentiality and Report Sharing:
Your privacy is important. We will only release your report with your consent. You will receive a copy of your report and can share it with other providers as needed.

If you have been exposed to COVID or the flu, please contact our office. We may offer remote or in-person appointments with additional safety measures. Please reschedule if you are ill.

Prices
How much do you charge?
Neuropsychology services is FREE for the intial 15 minute consult call, then $250 per hour. The number of hours required to complete a neuropsychological assessment vary depending on the diagnostic question, from as little as three hours for an uncomplicated acute concussion evaluation, to more that twenty hours for a complex evaluation that combines cognitive, academic, and psychological testing with multiple informant interviews. A Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs will be provided to you when you schedule an appointment and payment in full is due prior to the start of that appointment.
